How many calories are burned …?
Today, I biked 11.38 miles in 65 minutes. The road to cycle on the region is mountainous, and I was using the fourth and fifth reports all the time. Does anyone know how many calories burned?
A lot. If I knew of weight, could give a more precise answer, but it is in the range of 600-800 calories.
