get ripped eating plan
What is a good diet and exercise plan to get "ripped" abs?

Im trying to get a six pack, with the "v" muscle (I really want the muscle v) and I need a work plan to get the muscles and a diet plan to strengthen the muscles show better. What kind of foods should I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Everyone has a Sixpack, and most people have the "v" muscles look too. However, almost everyone has a body fat percentage is too high to show your abs (over 10% for men). All the crunches in the world do not get that ripped look. You have to lower your body fat percentage below 10%. To lose fat: 1. I do not think these FAD diets! Pills of the diet are tricks! 2. Do not starve! Less than 4 feet high, 1,200 calories a day diet is dangerous and will not work in the long term. 3. Calculate your BMR. Do a search in google. A good calculator would ask for your age, height, weight and activity level. 4. Eat healthy and eat about 500 calories a day less than your basal metabolic rate (BMR). Your BMR is how many calories you need per day to maintain your current weight. 5. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. This makes your metabolism up. Each meal should include fruits, vegetables, water and protein. 5. Drink at least 64 oz (8 8 oz glasses) of water a day. No soda (including diet soda). 6. Light / moderate cardio 3-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes each time. Running, biking and swimming are great for this. 7. Do some strength training to ensure that they lose muscle and fat. Do not worry, you will not have the look of the helmet if you lift weights. 8. You should lose about 1-2 pounds per week. If you lose more than that, chances are the rest is stool water weight, or muscle mass. 9. Weigh yourself once a week, at the same time (ie, every Friday morning). Your weight fluctuates widely during any period of 24 hours over water and food intake and bowel movements. Be patient and be smart. If you follow this guide it will be very happy with the results.
