What kind of diet is necessary to build muscle mass as well as working out?

A well-rounded diet heavy on protein very clear. A good rule of thumb is that you should intake of at least six meals a day, and grams of protein should be equal to or more than its weight in pounds. For example: if the weight 200 pounds, you should be consuming 200-300 grams of protein per day. I know it sounds a lot, but if your serious muscle gains you need that amount. Also should reduce your blood sugar up little to none. Do not cut the good carbs (like you hear all the diet) to advise. Cut carbohydrates and high fat dougnuts, chips, cookies, crackers, etc.. You can reduce the pasta, potatoes and bread, but not eliminate them. The basic diet that adhere to a lot of skinless chicken, sandwiches tuna, boiled eggs and protein shakes. They also eat a lot of broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes and potatoes. Vegetables are essential to keep you regular (The protein may be covered.) I try to calculate my daily intake of combining foods and protein shakes to my daily hit of 200 to 300 grams of protein. I make smoothies protein because I could never eat enough to my goal of proteins with food alone. Diet is an important part of muscle gains. Do not eat less to defraud, to do more cardio. You should eat to get big!
