Being well-developed muscles deterioriate if you stop weight training?
Say if a bodybuilder or muscle man used to build muscles in the gym and end their visit daily habit strength training fall or suddenly your working frequency to a huge amount, your muscles become smaller in size until they left? Or the muscles are simply there as long as you have your meals by day and sleep well (perhaps with a small amount of work, but not enough before stopping). Thank you.
