Can I losing -7 to 10 pounds by the end of June?

What is the best way to Burning 7 to 10 pounds in about 3 weeks. I machine elliptical. My belt broke, and do not want a gym because I have to study for exams. I put a little fat during weight lifting, but now I'm changing my routine of endurance and strength training + Cardio. The elliptical machine is super boring and not keep my interest in the use, but will work as good as my tape no? I do not need dietary advice, because eating healthy foods and cut the junk, but I continue to drink protein shakes to maintain muscle mass as well? or simply avoid eating more general? Sorry for all the questions, but a big thanks to anyone who can answer them. 16 185 lbs 5'11

If You can run, you burn many calories when walking. My opinion is that you start to burn calories after about 15 minutes of cardio FAT, so it will have to go at least 30-45 minutes to see the results … go out and run as if you can. Start by walking to jogging work, expand each training session every day in some few minutes and facilitate the access road. Find a safe place and you will really enjoy that stupid tape. Protien shakes are good ones – are generally low .. Cal anyway
