fitness walking poles
Opinions pls. Best way to get fit … Wii Fit, dancing the tube, walking sticks, weights?
I am perplexed. I'm 46 … lost 80 books … yay! Now I do not know the quickest and best way to really shape and tone. I think pole dancing for fitness Nordic Walking poles, weights with a walking program or Wii Fit (which costs more and I'm a little short of $ now). Ideas? Other helpful suggestions are appreciated. I not only maintain weight … I really want to look at shape and tone and have lost weight through walking just before, but never toned and firm and strong and felt like I had a beautiful body if you know what I mean.
