Sushi is low in calories? (soy sauce tuna maki low sodium)?
I'm basically addicted to it, and I replaced my sandwich usual lunch with Turkey a package of 8 tuna sushi. They are low in fat / calories from fat or high-calorie?
Be warned! I at Trader Joes today and pre-packaged sushi is high in calories! I think it really depends on what kind of sushi you are.
