How many calories you sometime?

My exercise program told me my weight and multiply by 10 to get my CMA (calories to breathe, pump blood, in vivo). Then add 20% of which burned in my daily life outside the course. Then add 600 to my daily exercise. So I: 135 x 10 = 1350 1350 x .2 = 270 1350 270 600 = 2220 the power requirements of the program says I should eat 1800 calories per day grind some fat and gain muscle (while eating too much protein, what I do). But each simulator online calorie said it appeared that I need about 2700 calories / day. My goal is to gain muscle, while crushing the fat in my midsection 6-pack. What should I go?

I would stay with the 2700 calories a day if you want to develop your muscles. If you want to lose weight, eat less. Ireland
