How many calories do I burn a day to lower my body fat?
Im trying to decrease body fat so my abs will be more toned, and so I could eventually get 6-pack abs as soon as possible, I have been burning about 800 calories a day a few days before. anyway, I wonder how many calories you should be burning a day to lose the greatest percentage of body fat. thanks
